My current mission in life: my family’s freedom and safety

Andre Bulatov whose story we covered on the 28th of January here Has written a recent letter asking for help and reaching out once again to get as much attention as possible in his battle for justice. He currently fears that himself and his family is facing deportation to execution.  here is the letter:

Before my fathers denied application for asylum is reviewed, I want to get as much attention on our case as possible. As of now, my hero of an amateur human rights activist father, has unnecessarily spent 2 years in prison, and stands to be deported to Russia by a judge’s bizarre decision. At this point, he can’t apply for asylum to anywhere else, it’s either victory in court here, or torture, false criminalization and death, probably for my whole family.

The Kazakh government is literally abusing the good will of InterPol, the United States and possibly Russia, not even to mention Syria. They have fabricated an awful, flawed, contradictory and incomplete case against my father (a big joke of a case, if anyone would actually look at the papers). I can definitely show beyond a reasonable doubt that my father is innocent of any and all slanderous accusations against him. Despite that, since the Kazakhstan government has already, ON A VIDEO and in writing, gave my father a conviction and a sentence, it’s clear he will not even get a fair trial no matter what.

It gets even crazier once you see that the Kazakh

“president” Nursultan Nazarbaev has been “serving” for 20+ years and who his office staff are.  They call themselves “the Democratic Republic of Kazakhstan,” and they’re basically pretend-for-the-world totalitarian regime, dictated by 20+ year serving, unelected, “ex”-communist regional director Nazarbaev, who has recently amended the Kazakh “constitution” to allow himself “presidency” and total power over appointment of cabinet postions for the rest of his life. What a big joke it’d have been if it wasn’t so sad! It gets worse, Nazarabev has asked his nation, THREE TIMES, publicly, to search for the “Elixir of Life.” You can google it. He wants to be dictator for eternity, what a nightmare. These people are worse than Saddam Hussein, at least he didn’t pretend. You can’t make this stuff up. And now with an outstanding, fraudulent InterPol warrant (something I will prove once my father is free and safe), if America wont help us, what’s to say any other nation will?

This is what my family faces. I started seeking help when in our last court hearing, I saw an overwhelming amount of evidence ignored, and my father ordered deported to his death. I need help though I am not even sure in what form. We do have an attorney but I am not sure if proper representation and evidence will do the trick, I want to ensure my family beyond another possibly inept judge. I aim for publicity as a means to attract the right attention of people who are able and willing to help and as a measure to make sure my family doesn’t get swept under the rug, senselessly, in vain. We’ve suffered enough, and we need help, but we are not victims. We are fighters and hard workers, we strive for freedom and peace, we’re caring, honest and open. Please help my family and myself get back on our feet so we can go back to living our life, and helping others do the same. I am open to suggestions.
