Its rough being an Agorist, or any other form of anarchist for that matter.

2010 is the Year of the Anarchist, or it could be, proclaimed Thomas L Knapp at the Center for a Stateless Society. It seems that Mr Knapp was more correct than he knew, because anarchism is under heavy attack from the government in the year 2010. The attacks are coming in any form you can imagine: From anti-government movements being hijacked by statist operatives on behalf of the two-party kleptocracy, to the false flag attacks that keep occurring just in time to effect court rulings, legislation and public opinion.

This all started with two towers in midtown Manhattan being summarily destroyed. A panicked populace looked to its elected leaders to find a solution to a terrorist problem they didn’t know existed until that day. A concatenation of of pre-9/11 anti-terrorism bills coalesced in congress, to form the legislation needed for a war on Americans. The USA PATRIOT ACT of 2001 was the glue to hold the ship of state together, like bad episode of Gilligan’s Island, it would not be enough to keep the ship from popping apart at the seams.

Prison For your Political Views: UPDATE

UPDATE: It appears the facts of this story are in fact about 30 years late.  This bill may be in the process of being repealed.  The law is reality, only it has been an existing law since the 70’s, so this is nothing new or recently passed as assumed in the article.  The facts of the law are all still relevant and true.

Yes! You can be placed in prison for your political views in South Carolina.  The strength of the Police State continues to grow. The future looks grim.  Independent Institute pointed out an article on The Raw Story: No joke: South Carolina now requires ’subversives’ to register. South Carolina did it. They are demanding that Anarchists and others register with the state. Let’s see you oppose the state so the state says you should register with them. To do what? To exist? To think? Let’s see:

They are calling it the Subversive Activities Registration Act. It is found under Title 23 Law Enforcement and Public Safety Chapter 29. Apparently they feel that law enforcement is on par some how with public safety; this could not be further from the truth. Now your political views are seen as some sort of menace to public safety? It is our views and philosophy that will have a future impact on the existence of the State. Yes, the truth threatens their control and ability to take from us or force themselves upon us.  The Oppressor must maintain it’s power over the oppressed.  The state sees a growing threat.  Freedom can not be tolerated by the state.

The bill defines a Subversive Group as:

Wasted Votes: GOP victory in Massachusetts, Oh My!

Scott_Brown

Brown the establishment GOP candidate won in Massachusetts. Many are excited. Prior to the election, The Tea Party group was telling the Libertarian Party candidate to drop out so that the Democrat could be defeated. I am furious. They see this as some kind of great victory. I tell you it mattered not if the GOP or the DNC took that election. The GOP brought us here. If you really see salvation in the GOP you are somehow having selective amnesia.

Is this what the tea party was all about? Preserving a patriarchy and establishment GOP resurgence? Take it! You can have it! I am not always completely behind the Minarchy promoted by the Libertarian party, but it is at least not more GOP.  The only wasted vote in this country are the votes thrown on those who hold power.  Support the green party, communist party, constitution party, or the socialist party before you support those who hold power.  This goes out to the left and the right. No change will come from this patriarchy that has stood for over 230 years.  Do not support two party duopoly.  It is time we stooped serving them. I will not pay my dues to the Republicrats! I am ashamed of every one of you who spoke of “small government” and supported the system with your vote.

Many say if you don’t vote you have no right to complain.  Well I say if you keep voting for these Republicrats you have no right to complain! You are like a dog returning to it’s own vomit.

A Case For Self-Governance: The Business of Peace

nobelpeaceprize1I feel peace is a good topic for Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday.  It was not planned like that, it just happened that way.

War is the governments business and business is good. From military imperialism to militarized police the government is in the business of death and theft. The government is in the business of forcing people to do what it wants with its guns. We discussed in A Case Against Government Part 1:  Police State how police are not for the people but to serve the interest of the state. I would like to expand on a concept that Stefan Molyneux of Free Domain Radio proposed in his Lew Rockwell article The Stateless Society: An Examination of Alternatives. The idea is the the Dispute Resolution Organization (DRO).  I would like to point out the business of peace can be a highly marketable thing to sell as opposed to the business of war which brings financial disaster, death and destruction.

A DRO is described on Wikipedia as:

a conceptualized organization providing services such as mediation and arbitration through the private sector.

This is his answer to the common question and objection of the statist, “What about Police?”  No, we do not need police but we do have disputes that need a resolution.  Will it end rape? No, but it will come closer to ending violence and rape than any police force or government entity has proven capable of doing.  We see their failure in the fact that these issues still have little resolution or advancements, only a culture that reacts with vengeance towards people.

A Case For Self Governance: High Fashion

fashionThis is not about government control this is about the redundant responses people give me when I say I oppose all government. I am going to talk about a world where the government came in and took over all clothing manufacturers and began to be the sole provider of clothing.  What was created was two wasteful bureaucracies to create low quality clothes at a higher rice subsidized by our taxes.  We will call our new government agency the Government Agency for Clothes Control (GACC)  You get essentially K-mart quality for Armani prices.  Fashion will be frozen.  Any advancements from creativity and modern inventions in fashion will cease.  This will freeze the clothes we wear as the government sees necessary.  Now, I am not painting this illustration to show why I oppose government control, but to show the flaws in the many arguments for government control.

Now in this new system I will begin to say we need to abolish the GACC.  This will lead to people screaming “You want the poor to go naked!” or “How would we get clothes?” and ” Why don’t you like clothes?”  I have nothing against clothes.  I wear clothes.  I have never seen a naked homeless man in America.  There are systems of charity and compassionate individuals who give gloves and coats at Christmas.  I want clothes.

Punk Johnny Cash wants your help

Many that read this are anarchist and free market individuals. I am looking to you and others. I am asking for your help for some of the basic opposition questions. What about the roads? What about crime? We have looked at the non-necessity of government and now we will start to focus on alternatives. Readers out there please post links to articles and help me delve into new ideas.

We are looking for not only free market and anarchist solutions to issues of society, but any concepts that are resolutions to any ills of society that are outside of government or that embrace self governance. I am going to write about new concepts to replace old and would love to see what is out there. Free Domain Radio has many I would like to delve into. How many of you out there can point me to ideas I may not be aware of?

We could be addressing crime, welfare, poverty, murder, war, roads or any issue that is often thought of by the masses as a job for Governments. Please leave links, and ideas in the comments. Also, do not be afraid to use the contact sheet to contact me.

Thank you all…

If You See Any Video I Post, See This One

Hate, violence, murder, oppression, war, and rape are disgusting tragedies that are realities of our government. We must not be silent. We must speak out on behalf of those who have no voice and power. Look at the true nature of governments.

The DMV Helps Itself

DMVThe power of the state oppresses. We’ve all dealt with the terrible monopoly of the DMV. The DMV operates on a completely government controlled market. The man this recently happened to wished to remain anonymous, so we will call him Bill. Bill’s had two cars, a wife and rented a little house. He had a van and a car that sat in the driveway because he could not afford to fix the vehicle up to the standards of the state. The state mandates required an inspection for function before he could put tags on the car. You have to pay the DMV the state said so.

One day Bill’s wife left and took the van. Bill found himself facing the financial burden of a divorce. In order to pay for his basic needs and the other demands now being made of him bill found himself driving the unregistered car to and from work. He was then pulled over

A case against government Part 3: State Violence

MilitaryPoliceIt occurred to me that there may be those out there who read this site and still do not comprehend my philosophy. I think people loose me when they  argue what the role government should have.  I  ask if we should have a government.  My answer is no.  I think a good place to start is to look at is what I call State Violence.  In order to accept the existence of a state you must accept state violence.  A state has no way to force it’s will upon the people without threat of force.  In order for a state to exist it must embrace two basic forms of violation. These are theft and violence. The state exists as a parasitic entity that is destructive to both the host and itself.

I am convinced I should have started my series “A Case Against Government” with this article.  It is the heart and base of all government power and violations.
